Billy Wynne spent two decades building and leading one of Washington's leading health policy firms, advising Fortune 500 companies, major health systems, and investors, and serving as counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. He has served on national and local boards, spoken extensively at national conferences, and published widely on health, wellness, and mindfulness.
Billy is the author of The Empty Path: Finding Fulfillment Through the Radical Art of Lessening, which was published by New World Library in 2025, a certified mindfulness teacher trained under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and a Zen practitioner. He earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a law degree from UVA.
Billy advises leaders and organizations at the intersection of strategy, governance, and inner life — and is the founding practice leader of Roaring Fork Zen in Carbondale, Colorado.
